John is Co-owner of Cycletribe with his wife Jayme. A long-time serious recreational cyclist, John fell in love with Spin as a complement to riding outdoors. He loves bringing a lightness to the workout and works hard to have you focus on yourself and the gratitude you will feel for treating your body so well. With a love of music that spans Motown and Florence + The Machine you never know what will make the playlists in John's classes, rest assured he will ask you to work hard....and have fun.
