Certified as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition she has worked successfully with clients to create sustainaable weight loss, reduce stress and improve physical fitness. Married to her business partner and best friend, she has her hands full spoiling their two cats, Bevo & Deschutes.

His family has a history of heart disease and diabetes so he realized he needed to make a shift in his diet and exercise. He loves Spin, college basketball, the beach, reading, cooking, hiking, time with family and friends and holds his own in spoiling the cats. Certifed by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach, John's success with clients has been centered around identifying sustainable habits to help lose weight, eliminate stress and to help them discover forms of exercise that will create longevity and increased mobility.
