TWO ROUNDS 2X THIS WEEK
PLANK with SIDE STEPS - 10
SIDE PLANK - 10 Dips each side
BICYCLES - 20
PUSH UPS - 5 ON Knees & 5 OFF Knees

Arms & Abs (week 1)

Here we go!! January Challenge is on! Here is the arms and abs portion of our challenge for week 1.
The workout is:

 

TWO ROUNDS, 2 TIMES/WEEK
PLANK - 30 Seconds
Reverse Push-ups - 10
Tricep Dips - 10
Leg Swings - 30 Seconds

 

All are demonstrated in the video. Even if you don't feel like doing these, just START, once you've started, you'll get into it. It's short and sweet to start. Do what you can and if you need more do a 3rd round!
